This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application (the "Application") created by Hubert Nguyen. The Application is a utility that helps users conveniently access public traffic fine information.

Non-Affiliation: This Application is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Traffic Police Department (Cục Cảnh sát Giao thông), the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, or any other government entity.

Official Data Sources: The Application connects directly to the official public portals (csgt.bocongan.gov.vn and congdan.vnetraffic.gov.vn).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not operate any server that receives your lookups. Specifically, we do NOT collect:

Search Data: The license plate numbers you enter.
Traffic Fine Results: The violation records, penalty amounts, or images returned by the official portals.
Sign-in Details: Your ID number or password for the official portals.

Lookups and sign-in take place directly between your device and the official government servers.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To make the Application faster and easier to use, the following is kept on your device only and is not sent to us:

Lookup history and recent results: so you can view them again quickly.
Sign-in details (only if you choose to save them): so the Application can fill in the sign-in form for you next time. You still sign in yourself.

You can delete saved sign-in details at any time in Settings of the Application. If you stop using the Application, we recommend deleting them there before removing the Application.

3. Automatically Collected Information & Advertising

To maintain, improve, and monetize the Application, we may automatically collect non-personal technical information, including:

Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (only where you allow tracking).
IP address and general coarse location data (e.g., city or zip code level).
App usage statistics (for example, which features are used and whether a lookup completed, without license plate or ID numbers) and crash logs.

This data is processed by third-party services such as Google Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob (together with the advertising and mediation partners it works with) to help analyze app stability, measure usage, and deliver and measure advertisements. These partners may use the advertising identifier to show relevant ads only if you allow tracking. You can change this at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

4. Third-Party Services and External Links

When you use the Application to view traffic fines, you are browsing third-party websites. Your interaction with those official portals is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. Additionally, we use the following third-party services for app operation:

Google Play Services / Apple App Store (App distribution & In-App Purchases)
Google AdMob and its advertising and mediation partners (Advertising display and measurement)
Firebase Analytics (App analytics and crash reporting)

5. Your Choices and Rights

You are in control of your information. You can:

Delete data on your device: remove saved sign-in details in Settings of the Application, or delete the Application to remove the lookup history and recent results stored on your device.
Withdraw your consent: use the data protection option in Settings of the Application, or contact us. Withdrawing consent may limit or end your use of some features.
Control tracking and ads: change tracking permission and ad personalization in your device settings.
Make a request: you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data related to you, or object to its processing, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including Vietnam's personal data protection regulations. For analytics data, we will help as far as technically possible.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
